Limitations

Section 1. Limitations; No recommendation, representation, or report of any officer, committee, or memberof the Association shall be binding upon the Association, nor be considered as representing the
opinion or policy of the Association, unless such statement is made by a person(s) who is the designated
spokesperson by the Board of Directors.
