Location, and Corporate Seal

Section 1. Name; The name of this association shallbe Kentucky Medical Equipment Suppliers
Association (KMESA).

Section 2. Mission Statement; The Kentucky Medical Equipment Suppliers Association is an association of medical equipment suppliers and allied industries.

The goals of KMESA are to:

• inform
• educate
• take legislative action
• provide a forum for business interaction
  assist
• KMESA members in the operation of their businesses

Section 3. Location; The location of the principal office of the Association shall be determined by the Board of Directors. The registered office of the Association, required by the General Not-For Profit Corporation Act to be maintained in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, may be, but need not be, identical with the principal office of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the address of the registered office may be changed from time to time by the Board of Directors.

Section 4. Corporate Seal; The Association shall have a corporate seal which shall have inscribed thereon the name of the Association, the words, "Corporate Seal," and "Commonwealth of Kentucky."
